Yesterday we held our second official service at the local. Though the first service was good, I think because we were so surprised that few people came, I felt a bit awkward and discouraged afterward even though I knew it had been a victory and a positive step forward.
Yesterday was a different story. We had a smaller group but it was more intimate and very special. We sang together, shared prayer requests with one another and prayed for those requests and then Jose Martin shared from the Bible. It was an inspiring service and it was very encouraging.
Next up will be my Dad on the 23rd! Looking forward to it!
It feels as though on the verge of some major changes. I am curious to see where we go, but all around there are stretches being made and muscles that God is having us use that have weakened a bit.
Please be in prayer for Dani and Carolina. Dani has had a little family crisis between his parents and his sister and he took off to the Canaries on Saturday to help bring a little stability. It has been rough and in spite of his being there, his dad seems to be on the edge of depression and his sister remains her rebellious self. It is a very difficult time and they all need a lot of prayer.
