What is it that drives people to do the idiotic things they do? Metro news reports that a man in Arkansas apparently was unhappy with his wife. Does he kill her and that's why he is in the news? nope. This genius rigged a coat hanger from his bedroom door knob to a wire that attached to an electric livestock fence. His wife (i won't say she got shocked...oh, whoops...) had 110 volts coursing through her body but she will be fine. Our moron, however, is facing charges for misdemeanors. If you ask me, anyone who goes to such elaborate measures to torture his wife, deserves to be locked up till he forgets what he did.
